Disc vacuum dryer is an efficient conductive continuous drying equipment, which has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small floor area, simple configuration and easy operation. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, video, feed, agricultural by-products and other drying industries.


Brief description of potassium sulfate materials: colorless or white crystals, granules or powders. Odorless. Bitter taste. Hard quality. Stable in air. 1g is soluble in 8.3ml water, 4ml boiling water and 75ml glycerol, but insoluble in ethanol. Potassium chloride and ammonium sulfate can increase their solubility in water, but they are almost insoluble in the saturated solution of ammonium sulfate. The water solution is neutral with a pH of about 7. The relative density is 2.66. The melting point is 1067 C. The main uses include serum protein biochemical test, Kjeldahl nitrogen determination catalyst, preparation of other potassium salts, fertilizers, drugs, preparation of glass, alum and so on. Function and Use of Potassium Sulfate Material: It is the basic material for making various potassium salts such as potassium carbonate and potassium persulfate. The glass industry is used as a detergent. The dyestuff industry is used as an intermediate. The perfume industry is used as auxiliaries, etc. Pharmaceutical industry is also used as laxatives. Potassium sulfate is commonly used as a potassium fertilizer in agriculture. Its potassium content is about 50%. It is commonly called Baikali in Taiwan. The working principle of potassium sulphate special disc dryer: wet material is continuously added to the first layer of drying plate on the upper part of the dryer by self-feeder, and the rake arm with rake blade rotates to make the rake arm rotate to make the rake blade turn over the material continuously. Material flows through the surface of the drying tray along the exponential helix. Material on the small drying tray is transferred to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying tray below. Material on the large drying tray moves inward and falls from the middle outlet into the following small drying tray. The large and small drying pans are arranged alternately up and down, so that the material can flow continuously through the whole dryer. A heating medium is introduced into the hollow drying plate, which is in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat conducting oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and is derived from the other end. The dried material falls from the last drying plate to the bottom of the shell, and is eventually transferred to the discharging port by the rake blade. The moisture escapes from the material and is discharged from the dehumidification outlet on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum disk dryer is discharged from the vacuum pump outlet on the top cover. Dry materials discharged from the bottom can be packed directly. By adding fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag filter, dry material back mixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary machines, the drying capacity can be improved, paste and heat sensitive materials can be dried, solvents can be easily recovered, and pyrolysis and reaction operation can be carried out.
