Characteristics of conical screw belt mixing dryer

[Heating system] On the basis of the traditional jacket of tank body, the internal heating of propeller is increased, and the heating area reaches 140% of the whole container area, which greatly improves the heating efficiency.

[Stirring system] The propeller agitator makes the material lifted and continuously sheared and dispersed during operation. It ensures that all materials in the silo can be fully moved, and that the materials are not extruded by any external force except from the propeller, thus eliminating the ineffective friction between the materials and the tank. Unique propeller mixing can not only satisfy the mixing effect, but also increase the heating area and shear crushing effect, avoiding the caking or granulation phenomenon caused by material thermal sensitivity.
