After the hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and heat exchanges with the wet material, the wet air is discharged by the exhaust air 1:3 after dust removal by the cyclone separator. Dry materials are discharged from the discharge inlet.

Material enters from the inlet port. Under the action of vibration force, the material throws forward continuously along the horizontal direction. After the hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and exchanges with the wet material, the wet air is discharged from the outlet after dust removal by the cyclone separator, and the dry material is discharged from the outlet.
