Summary of Air Dryer:

Airflow dryer, also known as instantaneous flash dryer, has been used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries since 1960s in China. Our factory has introduced advanced technology at home and abroad since its establishment, providing high-quality air drying equipment for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. Over the past decade, we have continuously improved and developed three series of air dryers: QG series, FG series and GFF series.

The working principle of airflow dryer:

Air dryer can quickly remove water (mainly surface water) from easily dehydrated particles and powder materials. In airflow drying, the quality of the finished product is best controlled because the material stays in the dryer for a short time. After the wet material enters the intensifier through the screw feeder, it is fully mixed with the hot air. Under the crushing and pushing of the fast rotating knife, the material is broken into fine particles, which move to the outlet at the same time of drying. Finally, the material enters the drying pipe under the attraction of wind force and dries evenly. Wet and heavy particles that cannot be attracted by the wind continue to be crushed and dried until they can be sucked into the drying pipe by the wind.

Application scope of air dryer:

Airflow dryer is suitable for drying and dehumidifying powder materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, building materials and plastics industries, such as starch, fish meal, salt, distiller's grains, feed, gluten, plastic resin, mineral powder, coal powder, glucochloric acid, A. S. C benzoic acid, 2. 3. acid, polypropylene chloroacetate, sodium sulfate, sodium pyrosulfite and other materials.

Characteristics of Air Dryer

1. Drying intensity is high, equipment investment is low, evaporation capacity can be from 50 kg H_2O/h to 2000 kg H_2O/h.

2. Short drying time, suitable for heat-sensitive materials, finished products do not contact with the outside world, pollution-free, good quality.

3. Full sets of equipment are provided. Steam heating can be selected as heat source or coal, oil and gas stoves can be used as matching heat sources.

Maintenance of air dryer:

1. Daily maintenance: automatic drain valve of filter, machine changing tower and boosting action, operation condition of machine, inlet pressure, inlet temperature and air flow, moisture indicator, muffler, pressure drop of front and rear filter and other components need to be checked every day.

2. Monthly Maintenance Contents: Air dryer control air filter, air dryer guide filter filter filter core, air dryer inhalation filter need monthly inspection, problems and timely replacement.

3. Quarterly Maintenance Content: The dew point status of filter element and output need to be checked quarterly, even if the parts are replaced. The safety valve needs to be purged with compressed air every quarter.

4. Daily operation: Operators must operate strictly in accordance with the requirements of product specifications, use equipment correctly, carry out daily cleaning, lubrication, tightening, anti-corrosion and other maintenance work, so as to keep equipment clean, good performance, safety and reliability.

5. The air dryer has great adaptability to the choice of heating mode. Users can choose steam, electric and hot stove heating according to their location, and at the same time, they can choose according to the material's heat resistance temperature or hot air temperature.

2. Air-flow dryer can quickly dry the moisture in heat-sensitive materials. It can instantaneously dry 95-98% of the moisture, and the drying time is only ten to tens of seconds. It is especially suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.

3. The dryer effectively eliminates the water droplets on the surface of food, greatly reduces the preparation of labels and packaging, is suitable for production line, and improves the automation of production.

5. Air dryer is simple and stable in operation, easy to control and realize automatic operation.

6. Air dryer is made of high-quality stainless steel and adopts frequency conversion speed regulation system. It has small volume, compact structure, stable operation and high efficiency.

Cautions for the use of air dryer:

1. Air dryer must be inspected and lubricated before it is put into use.

2. When airflow dryer is put into use, it must be adjusted properly to supply sufficient steam (G 6atm) with high quality. Check system pressure and cloth bags. If there is any problem, it needs to be replaced in time.

3. Pay attention to the starting sequence when using. Before putting into operation, open the steam valve, close the regulating valve and start the fan. As the pipe temperature rises, the valve gradually adjusts to make it in the production position. When the temperature in the pipeline reaches the standard, the feeder is started. Watch the moisture content of wet material and the height of finished product to adjust the feed. When the machine stops, in reverse order, first stop the feeder, then stop the fan and close the steam valve.

4. By adjusting the temperature of the production process, the normal gas outlet temperature is high and the growth rate is slow, and the feed quantity of the feeder is increased, so that the gas outlet temperature reaches the required temperature. On the other hand, the low temperature of gas outlet will affect the moisture content of drying materials, reduce the speed of screw feeder, reduce the amount of feed, and reduce the outlet temperature to the required temperature.

5. Adjust the operation of scraper centrifuge to make the moisture of wet materials low and stable, and evenly replenish materials.

6. Pay attention to fire safety, and clean the dust around in time. Smoking in the workshop is strictly prohibited. Welding repairs must be stopped and properly fireproofed.

7. When the machine stops in an unexpected situation, such as a sudden power outage, the air dryer should be cleaned to prevent the dry and humid materials inside the machine from clogging the gap between the drying rings and driving the machine again. If the system pressure suddenly rises and cannot be eliminated, the power supply should be cut off immediately. The operator quickly left the scene to avoid explosion damage.

QG Series Air Dryer

Basic airflow drying equipment is suitable for materials with loose shape, small viscosity and finished products as granules and powders. This process is indicated as negative pressure airflow drying. Users can choose positive pressure drying method according to product characteristics.

The equipment with intensified crushing device has the characteristics of low final water content, small equipment area and low height. It is suitable for filter cake, paste, sticky product and powder product.
