Summary
XSG series rotary flash dryer is a new type of drying equipment developed by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign advanced technology. Flash dryer with the original bearing induction cooling (water cooling), design (oil cooling) oil pump connected to feed oil lubrication, cooling bearings, sealing device performance is excellent, in the spindle design using half-ring, motor speed control motor, stable transmission, low noise, service life is 10 times that of similar products.
Principle
The hot air tangent goes into the bottom of the dryer and forms a strong rotating wind field driven by the agitator. Paste material enters the dryer from screw feeder. Under the strong action of high-speed rotating impeller, the material is dispersed by impact, friction and shearing force. Massive material is quickly crushed and fully contacted with hot air, heated and dried. After dehydration, the dry material rises with the hot air flow, the classifying ring intercepts the large particles, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring to the dryer. The small particles are recovered by cyclone separator and dust collector. The non-dried or large materials are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force, and then fall back to the bottom to be crushed and dried
